TitleAlert is means of "Flagging" a title, so that you are notified by E-mail, within 48 hours, when any documents are filed against that title.

How Long Is It Good For?

That is your choice, Three months or 12 months, it can be renewed after each period.

How Much Does it Cost?

The Introductory Rate is just $21, thats just $7 a month, for 3 months. For 12 months service the rate is even lower $75.

Through this web-site. You should first order a current Title Search so we have a base record of the title for later reference and then we will have the flag placed against the title in question.
